Kinesiology Taping


Kinesio-taping is a well known way of supporting joints and body postures subtly but strongly. The tape is not rigid or harsh but flexible, allowing ease of supported movement after its application.








You may be used to seeing it in the sporting arena but an application of tape following a treatment session (as well as taping in its own right) will allow better results as your body is gently reminded to return to form and fitness.
